DILIGENCIA combines asset, property and facility management in an integrated approach. Through our Facility Solutions unit we also ensure technical and infrastructural implementation, thereby creating the basis for stable operating processes and sustainable property performance.

Mark Zimmermann is the founder and owner of DILIGENCIA.
As a graduate in business administration, Mark has extensive experience in institutional real estate with a focus on transactions and active asset management.
He has supported real estate transactions with a volume of almost 1 billion euros and managed real estate portfolios with a total value of more than 2 billion euros in Europe.
Before founding DILIGENCIA, he held leading positions at well-known investment and asset management companies, including Catella Real Estate AG KAG, MEAG and Invesco Real Estate. At Catella, Mark Zimmermann was responsible for, among other things, the acquisition of commercial properties and the asset management of commercial property portfolios in northern Germany and Scandinavia.
At MEAG he was involved in the acquisition of a pan-European logistics portfolio. At Invesco Real Estate he managed transactions in Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on the Munich and Prague markets.
His approach is characterised by a focus on performance, disciplined implementation and long-term value creation. Mark Zimmermann stands for clear, solution-oriented management of complex transaction and management processes.
His former role as a member of the German national fencing team underlines this commitment to performance and consistency – complemented by national and international titles, including a German individual championship and several international titles.
