Within the technical and infrastructural facility management of the Maximilianhöfe in Munich, DILIGENCIA is responsible for one of the highest-quality office and retail locations in the heart of Munich.
The focus is on a consistently integrated full-service approach with more than 90% of services delivered in-house. Almost all operational FM services are provided from a single source – from technical property care to infrastructural management.
