DILIGENCIA was responsible for the comprehensive asset management of two commercial properties in the Munich district of Trudering for a renowned investor family from the Middle East. In addition to active tenant management, the scope of services also included managing new and follow-up lettings as well as planning and implementing all CAPEX measures.

Within the mandate, investment measures with a total volume of more than €2 million were successfully supported and implemented.
