Our property managers and property supervisors are the link within your building and monitor both all technical systems and the interaction of all parties within the properties.

Grounds Maintenance

Using professional equipment, we handle the care, irrigation, fertilisation and leaf removal across all green areas of the properties.

Winter Services

Early in the morning, while it is still dark outside, our teams are already out in the frost for our clients and tenants to ensure that road safety obligations are met.

Caretaker / Building Technician

One of the most important tasks is ensuring an attractive, well-maintained and clean appearance of the internal and external common areas and facades. Here we work with professional equipment and certified, biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning agents.

Waste Management

Whether daily or weekly emptying of general, glass, paper/cardboard and organic waste, we ensure the bins are provided on time and that any spilled residues are removed without delay.

CAFM System Support

As in residential and commercial buildings, we also ensure a tidy, professional appearance and safe operation in the car parks and larger garages entrusted to us.

Inspection / Maintenance

Maintenance work is carried out by our trained on-site staff, with the results documented and archived accordingly.

Repairs

24-hour / 7-day-a-week help desk

Warranty Tracking

Warranty tracking plays an important and essential role, particularly in new builds but also in the case of refurbishments and conversions. Here we take charge of follow-up, the reporting of defects and the coordination of their rectification, including the corresponding documentation.
