Management Board
DILIGENCIA Real Estate is led by founder and owner Mark Zimmermann. He holds a degree in business administration, is an expert in real estate and has extensive experience in institutional real estate with a focus on transactions and active asset management.
Over the course of his career to date, Mark Zimmermann has managed transactions of almost one billion euros in Europe and portfolios of almost 2 billion.
Before founding DILIGENCIA, he held leading positions at well-known investment and asset management companies, including Catella Real Estate AG KAG, MEAG and Invesco Real Estate.
Investment Management
Oliver Honrath is responsible for investment management at DILIGENCIA. With over 20 years of international experience in investment management, he stands for well-founded decisions, a strong network and a clear strategic perspective on real estate investments.
His passion for classic cars reflects his appreciation of precision, quality and timeless values.

Asset & Property Management
As Head of the Asset & Property Management service line, Markus Körner leads a team of commercial and technical real estate managers at DILIGENCIA. His focus is on the sustainable value development of properties as well as on connecting real estate management, digitalisation and artificial intelligence. He also has extensive experience in marketing, letting and the implementation of demanding technical projects. Privately, Markus is enthusiastic about strength training and literature.

Facility Management
Ilja Buss is responsible for facility management and sales at DILIGENCIA. Following his technical training in HVAC and his qualification as a state-certified technician, he gained many years of experience in facility management and building services with internationally active corporations.
As a passionate mountain sportsman and nature lover, he brings energy, endurance and down-to-earth reliability to his daily work.
Ilja Buss
Account Management
Ludwig Wittmann is responsible for operational facility management at DILIGENCIA as well as looking after a major account. With his many years of experience in technical facility management and various management positions at internationally active FM companies, he stands for structure, reliability and strong implementation skills.
In his free time he finds balance in nature and gardening – with an eye for detail that is also reflected in his professional work.
Ludwig Wittmann
Front Office
Eva-Maria Huber heads the front office at DILIGENCIA and, with a great deal of experience, organisational talent and a keen sense for people, ensures smooth processes in day-to-day business. Through her many years in commercial roles – including in the automotive and clothing industries – she brings extensive experience and a strong service orientation. Professional certifications underline her technical competence and her commitment to quality.
Privately, she is enthusiastic about travelling, sport and reading.
Eva-Maria Huber
Back Office
Regina Zimmermann heads the back office at DILIGENCIA and brings many years of experience in international and service-oriented working environments. After completing her school-leaving examinations she initially lived in the USA and, on her return, trained as an international foreign-language correspondent.
Professionally, she worked for over 12 years in international tax law at Ernst & Young (EY) and had previously already taken on team leadership responsibility at a media and PR agency operating throughout Germany. With her structured way of working, strong communication skills and international experience, she ensures professional processes behind the scenes.
Privately, she is enthusiastic about sport, the mountains and far-off countries.
