The mandate covers the commercial, technical and accounting property management as well as the letting services for the investor’s nine commercial properties in total. Within this engagement, DILIGENCIA manages the „Schiller Galerie“ shopping centre in Dresden, part of the „Loopside“ office park and a total of four commercial properties at Frankfurter Ring in Munich.

In its role as local partner to the investor from the Middle East, DILIGENCIA acts on their behalf in fulfilling all duties and responsibilities.

  • Management of almost 100,000 square metres of office, hospitality/leisure and retail space

  • Successful renewal of existing leases

  • New lettings at the Dresden and Frankfurter Ring locations

  • Implementation of a CAPEX budget of > €2 million
