Platzl & Platzlgassen Munich

Within the property management mandate for the Platzl in Munich and the adjoining Platzl lanes, DILIGENCIA is responsible for the integrated management of a striking, historically characterised ensemble of buildings in the heart of Munich.

The portfolio comprises around 25 occupiers from the office, retail, hospitality and residential sectors, who are actively supported and managed during ongoing operations.

Over the past four years, around 15 existing leases have been successfully renegotiated and extended and around 20 new leases concluded – across all types of use. This has sustainably stabilised and further developed the tenant mix.

In addition, DILIGENCIA has managed and implemented technical projects including tenant fit-outs with a total volume of more than €1 million. Through consistent operational optimisation, significant cost savings were also achieved and the overall performance of the ensemble sustainably improved.

In sum, the mandate stands for active, value-oriented property management with a clear focus on stability, efficiency and sustainable performance during ongoing operations.
