Strong letting success in a challenging submarket
Within the mandate for Aero49, DILIGENCIA has taken on comprehensive services in owner representation and active site development. The aim was to sustainably optimise the letting situation, strengthen the tenant mix and deliver long-term value growth for the property.
Key successes include taking on the landlord representation mandate, restructuring the canteen concept including a successful new letting, and the targeted further development of the site during ongoing operations.
A central milestone was the successful extension of the lease with the main tenant SupplyOn AG covering around 4,500 m² of office space, securing the long-term stability of the site.
In addition, DILIGENCIA was responsible for the new letting of approximately 4,000 m² of office and laboratory space, thereby making a decisive contribution to a significant increase in the occupancy rate.
The mandate also included taking on and managing various tenant fit-out projects, including coordination, quality assurance and on-time delivery of tenant-specific requirements.
Overall, the project stands for a consistently active and value-oriented letting and asset strategy with measurable added value for owners and occupiers.
