Environment Social Governance
Environmental, social and governance factors („ESG“) are an indispensable part of our corporate culture. We are convinced that integrating these factors into our business processes leads to better and, above all, more sustainable results in the long term. A consistent focus on ecological and social components means, for us, conscientious and responsible management of our business operations and our daily actions, particularly with regard to minimising negative effects on the environment and society.
We are committed to reducing the amount of energy consumed and emissions produced. We raise awareness among and support our employees and service providers in behaving in a resource-efficient way and strive to reduce the consumption of all resources available to us. We create a healthy working environment for our employees and service providers wherever this is possible. We take labour laws seriously and uphold human rights. We build sustainable communities and give our employees the best possible development opportunities.
We provide training and continuously improve our workforce’s knowledge, including of our code of conduct. We convey the importance of ESG to our service providers and partners, foster fair cooperation and take a stand against corruption.

We support and raise awareness among our employees, tenants and service providers regarding resource-efficient behaviour, focusing in particular on reducing consumption and, in turn, lowering operating costs.
